Karina did a wonderful job in helping me secure my new home. She sent me several listings that fit my requirements, and once we settled on THE ONE, she handled everything with the seller's agent, helped get me in touch with a mortgage broker, an insurance broker, and anyone/everything else I needed. The whole process was very smooth, and at the end of closing, I couldn't have been more happy. I would highly recommend her services!

Perry is a truly amazing realtor. Obviously, he knows the real estate market. He told me what needed to be done to get my home ready for sale and after that weekend (days after he saw the property), he placed the property on MLS. I received a signed contract for the asking price within 5 days of the property being placed on MLS for sale. He knew how to market the property and priced it perfectly (above recent sales in the neighborhood because he understood the market and how special the property and neighborhood was). He kept me up to date on everything that was happening and even recommended an electrician for the one item that was found in the inspection. I was amazed at how smoothly the sale of my property was. When he called to congratulate me on the sale, I told him that I would definitely be contacting him when I decided to sell my next Gainesville property! Whenever I called about the house, he was upbeat and always offered a suggestion about how to handle something. My sale was a little tricky as I had a tenant in the property, but he worked well with my tenant (so she wasn't unduly disturbed) and the property manager (Kayla) at Bosshardt to make sure that everything was coordinated!! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If I hear of anyone needing a realtor, I will be giving his name to them!!

As we have said before, Fonda was a life saver for us in our move from South Carolina. We had a very narrow window to find a house in Florida, close on the house in South Carolina and then move out of the house in South Carolina. We closed on the House in Florida the day after we moved from South Carolina. Without Fonda's help and expertise, we'd have never gotten it all done. She was a true blessing to us. Claudia Hardy was excellent all throughout the process of selling our condo in Gainesville. We live out of area and Claudia made sure the condo was ready for showing, marketed the condo effectively and got us through a very quick sale with ease. This whole process from realtor sales contract signing to closing was completed within a month and a half, which for us, was an amazing feat.
