What started out as Carol Bosshardt and a three-Realtor® team, has developed into a comprehensive suite of real estate solutions, all under one roof, and including Residential and Commercial Sales, Property Management, Community Association Management, and Title Insurance. The company boasts an in-house marketing department with a Real Estate Digital Marketer (REDM) Certified staff member, unmatched administrative support for our agents, global reach through our affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and the most strategic insights into our local market.

Aaron Bosshardt, Carol’s son, is the current owner of Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC. Guided by innovative thinking and the same customer-first approach, Aaron has grown the company into what it is today. He supports his agents and staff with a wealth of knowledge and three decades of real estate experience, he also ensures that every Bosshardt customer works with the best trained team in order to help them accomplish their real estate goals. Aaron holds the CCIM designation for commercial real estate, as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation.

In 2013, the company established “The Bosshardt Charitable Fund” so Realtors and staff can donate parts of their commissions/paycheck to the fund to help support charitable activities in the community.
