Teresa has been so helpful with my family. She has helped me find a house for my in-law twice and helped us sell the one. Then she has helped me with finding commercial property for our business and then helped me find land that we can divide to gift 1/2 the property to our youngest son and his family.

Ciara was always quick to respond to my questions. She took the time to understand what I was looking at in a home functionally and stylistically. She was able to meld my needs into a great list of homes to visit. One of the homes in the second day of showings was what I decided to go with since it met all my requirements and many of my nice-to-haves. She patiently stepped me through the process of buying the home to make sure closing went off without a hitch. We closed about a week earlier than planned. Amazing!

We were absentee owners of a house we bought in Gainesville while our daughter was working on her Ph.D. at the University of Forida. We have leased the house through Bosshard Property Management since her graduation. We have owned the house for 20 years while living in Portland, OR. On deciding to sell, we did extensive online research and interviewing of agents to help us sell our property. Ciara rose to the top, and turned out better than we could have imagined. She took care of all of the issues we faced, including needed repairs. She was our eyes and ears for this transaction. We did not have to leave Portland as she covered all issues we faced. In a tricky market, Amy was able to help us find our dream home. She was excellent at communicating and showing us as many properties as quickly as possible.
