This was my fourth house sale and Malcolm ranks high in the four realtors I have worked with in selling my homes. He has a great composure that puts you at ease. While he could improve on his forward-leaning communication skills, I knew he was working behind the scenes to make the sale a success. What I really appreciated from Malcolm was his negotiation skills with the buyer. When we broached the topic of my current tenant being a potential buyer, I didn't have confidence this would happen. While I don't know what conversation transpired between Malcolm and the tenant/eventual buyer, he ended up securing at the price we both wanted, per market comparators. Seemingly, a shift in how insurance underwriters and lenders work with new home buyers threw a few wrenches in the works, but Malcolm dealt with them in due course and the end result was that the house sold and my wife and I received our funds. I am very happy with Malcolm's work on selling our home!
