My name is Rainbow, which is the direct translation of my original Chinese name 虹. It is considered a "giving" name for a girl in my culture. In both my personal and professional life, I try to live up to my name by always giving my best and putting others first. I was born and raised in southwest China and I am fluent in Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, and other dialects. In China, I began my career in the construction industry, working for a large state-owned engineering firm for 14 years. I hold degrees in both construction budgeting and accounting. This work required me to use my passion and skill for numbers and be extremely customer and detail-oriented. After moving to Florida 18 years ago, I made the transition to a career in real estate. Real estate allows me to put both my accounting and customer service backgrounds to excellent use. I understand that buying or selling a home can be one of the most important financial decisions a person makes, and I work hard to provide the care and diligence my real estate customers demand and deserve. My goal is to make the difficult easy. Besides serving the local market, I am also a Global real estate server. As a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International, I assist customers with their real estate needs throughout the US, and around the globe. When I'm not helping others buy and sell homes, or plan for their financial futures, I enjoy spending time outdoors taking nature walks, swimming in our local springs, and nurturing my fabulous vegetable garden.
