Mike is the best thing that I could ask for during this process. With Gainesville being new to me, Mike listened to my needs and concerns. Then he suggested properties that fit my requirements. I really enjoyed his service.

No outstanding issues.

The only item is the seller on the house we purchased did not give us keys to the house. Mike is actively pursuing this for us. We have faith he will help until this is completed. This was not Mike's fault and should no way reflect his professionalism and help. The seller that listed with Caldwell kept coming up with reasons of not having keys to the house. We feel the Caldwell agent, Sandra, should step in and help.
