Eddie was great, I felt we were in good trustful hands. We bought the house for our daughters attending UF. When the inspection report came back with some minor items to address, Eddie fixed the issues himself so I wouldn’t have to deal with it. He offered his help and support to our daughters after the closing as well. Very happy to work with Eddie.

I have sold several properties and dealt with many realtors in South Florida and Ponte Vedra, but have never had the experience in dealing with a realtor like Eddie Bell. Eddie went over and beyond in helping to get the property sold at a fair price and in a timely manner during a difficult real estate market. This property was the home of my mother who recently passed away. We do not live in Gainesville, so having someone who knows everyone in town made the sales process run smoothly. Not only did Eddie give us the names of inspectors and roofers, but also met the trades at the house and let us know the outcome of the inspection and the progress of the roofers, even pointing out damage caused by the roofers which they repaired. We would not have seen this damage and would have been an issue for any buyer. Early on, Eddie told us that some of those who toured the home were turned off by the constant dog barking in the neighbor's back yard whenever someone walked in the back yard. We decided to install a privacy fence. Eddie provided the name of a handyman who did excellent work at a fair price and the back yard became a selling point for the property instead of a turnoff. There was a wall is the utility room where the paneling was missing. Eddie took it upon himself to replace the paneling. Absolutely incredible experience. I highly recommend Eddie for his attention to detail, knowing where to go in Gainesville for every home need, his knowledge of the Gainesville real estate market and all he did personally to make the process run smoothly.You have a winner with this one.Thank you.Larry Harris
