My partner and I had what we wanted in mind, but with a global pandemic upon us, finding that specific house became very difficult in Gainesville’s competitive real estate market. It is my first time buying a home and I was lucky to have Amy (Yu Yang) as my realtor. She was very helpful in answering my questions and understanding of my situation. It is great that she knew Mandarin as she could communicate to my parents, who played a role in purchasing the property. Her responsiveness and foresight were of extreme value as without it, I believe the purchase would have been much more stressful. From the beginning, she told me the steps on purchasing the home (find lender, rate shop, home inspection, closing etc.) which guided me through the process so I did not need to spend much time to research. It was important to me that she was able to accommodate to both my parents and my schedule. I am satisfied with her service and would highly recommend her to both new and existing homeowner.

My husband and I are first time home buyers so it was a bit intimidating at first to even start looking for a home, but Amy made searching for a home enjoyable and manageable. Amy is the best. She is extremely knowledgable and professional. We viewed quite a few houses before finding our dream home. Amy negotiated a great deal with the sellers for us, and we are so happy that we worked with her. This is our second house bought with Amy, and I'm sure there will be more in the future.
