My Agent Amy Yang is great with negotiation, but all the office staff seems like working against her. I am so glad that I called day before the closing, that you guys did ask my bank info and some other important info, and than their title and closing team realized that those documents are missing. SMH.If you wanted to know about property management part that is horrible, after there inspection I found out that tenant was taking shower with the shower curtain and messed up the wall and floor costed me $ 3500.00 and my property manager Anna said inspection went fine and we didn't find anything. I hope the CEO or President of Bosshardt read this and call me. Why, coz of your negligence I have to loose $3500.00. My tenant left 2 months ago, and I haven't receive my Balance amount. SMH.
