My wife and I moved to Gainesville in August 2018 and have just bought our first home. We are very grateful to have been working with Amy Yang in the process. Amy is extremely professional and genuinely cares about us. She is absolutely relentless in sorting through the numerous listings and spent tons of hours in narrowing down on what would fit our idea of a dream home. Amy gives us a lot of space in making a decision based on our needs, but she is always there when we needed her advice. We almost decided to buy a house that was about 25% over our budget. Instead of pushing to make a quick sale and get a higher commission, Amy took us to see more houses, and a couple days later, we finally found our dream house which was about 15% under budget. Her attitude and dedication is simply astonishing. I will look nowhere else when I buy my next house and I would recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy a home in a heart beat.

I was moving to the Gainesville area and was referred to Amy. She has been in various businesses in the city for nearly 30 years. She knows everyone and the properties. She helped find me a new construction home in a terrific are, not far from the University. She helped orient me to the community and introduced me around so I could feel at home. Amy helped me got my dream home. That's my first house, really love it . I purchased the house without be present , she handle anything for us . When i got stuck with my first mortgage bank ,at this moment i thought i had give up my dream home , but there is change!!! she find other better mortgage bank for me and closed it in less 4 weeks. She's very knowledgeable , responsible!!! I can't not recommend her enough!!! .and definitely i recommend her to our friends and family i know.

Amy helped us buy our first home in the US(Gainesville)& was a true professional in every sense. She was very knowledgeable. For most time we speak mandarin (easy for us to understand) & she through the buying process step by step, explain everything for us, nothing was too much to ask . So if u new here or speak mandarin (even English) Amy will be the best choice for u . I would highly recommend Amy.

Amy really knows the local market and found me the best townhouse. She worked very hard and knows Gainesville extremely well. She was patient and inquisitive with my needs. It is in a great location at a good value.
