Each involves a process where education, consistent communication, and negotiating are essential. Lee’s goal is to give her customers a pleasant overall experience through keeping an open line of communication, addressing concerns promptly, negotiating on their behalf, and keeping them in the loop throughout the buying and selling process. “I value the trust my customers place in me and will strive to exceed their expectations.” Lee has lived in Gainesville since 1989 and enjoys all Gator sports, riding horses, reading, cooking for family and friends, and spending time with her husband Jim. We cannot recommend Lee Glicco enough!! We had an exceptional experience working with her. We were purchasing a home from several states away, which is naturally stressful, but Lee made the entire process seamless. Her communication was top-notch, serving as our eyes and ears on the ground, conducting thorough virtual tours and, importantly, providing honest, expert advice on every property. She made buying a far away home simple and smooth. It was amazing!!Another aspect of our experience that truly sets Lee apart is her dedication AFTER the contract was signed. We were so impressed with how she went that extra mile to look after our property due to our delayed arrival. For example, with freezing temperatures setting in due to an unusual cold snap, Lee offered to check on our property repeatedly to ensure heat was running and pipes weren’t freezing before we could arrive. She nursed outdoor plants and checked on the well pump. And when a family commitment of her own tied her up, she recruited a friend/colleague to stop by our home to make sure the house remained in order and secure.Lee is a good person, someone who is very kind, someone with a heart the size of Texas. Add to that she’s responsive and knowledgeable. Quite simply, she’s an absolutely terrific realtor and a wonderful home buying partner.Please know Lee cares greatly about her clients and their investment. Lee Glico at Bosshardt Realty did a fabulous and very thorough job in selling my mother's house. The sale had many challenges because of very old title and access issues, as well as a request from the buyer to swap a couple of the lots for adjoining lots owned by a neighbor. But Lee systematically worked through each one of them, and in the end, the sale was a success for us, and the new owners were delighted with their new home. I then recommended Lee to a friend who had her property listed for some time with another realtor with very little exposure. She had a similar outcome and in no time had a closed sale!
Lee was our realtor when we had to sell our parent’s home. I live out of state and had to do most of the things necessary, long distance , to get the house and property ready to sell. Lee went above and beyond her job description, meeting contractors, helping with estate issues, and constantly updating and staying on top of things. She also helped my brother buy and sell his home.
