Sage Alfonso

Sage Alfonso and Kim Bosshardt worked extremely hard for close to 10 months in support of my purchase of a commercial building in Gainesville. We were faced with multiple challenges along the way, from resolving title issues to irrational sellers, but the end result is my first real estate purchase in the commercial space.
