This experience has been a 2 year ordeal and without Robin I'm not sure I would have made it through! She was always so positive and knew what steps to take next. Robin Fall was very organized and was available to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. We scheduled and had zoom meetings weekly to determine the direction in which I wanted to move.
