Karina is a newcomer to the real estate world but not to Gainesville. Having moved to Gainesville as a young teenager from Venezuela, Karina quickly fell in love with the city and has called it home for many years. Her diverse background and previous professional skills in administration, management, and financial aid bring a fresh perspective to the real estate industry. Fluent in Spanish, Karina is especially equipped to cater to the diverse community, ensuring that language is never a barrier in the pursuit of finding the perfect home. 

A proud graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!), Karina began her career at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology Schools in Kentucky, where she excelled as a Front Desk Leader, floor manager, and financial aid coordinator. Her journey continued at the University of Florida's College of Pharmacy, where she served as a financial aid advisor, guiding students through the intricacies of student loans.

As a wife and mother to two delightful young daughters, Karina understands the importance of finding the perfect home that not only suits your needs but also enhances your family's quality of life.
