Davin “Flip” Woody born and raised in Gainesville, Fl. He is a graduate of Buchholz High School and Florida A&M University (FAMU), with a major in Criminology, he is a former private investigator, and a retired senior state probation officer. Changing direction to Real Estate in 2006, was the next chapter, goals set to achieve the most knowledge of marketing in Residential and Commercial properties. Davin, was a member on the residential “Dream Team” and is currently an active member of the Bosshardt Commercial division. While setting the bar high, staying focused, and educated on the rapid movement of Real Estate, he services his customers with care and knowledge of the current Real Estate market. Family is my free time, playing tennis local and statewide is my escape, and laugher is my enjoyment. Motto: "It is not my goal to be successful, but to be valuable to my craft.”
