Bruce Rider has immersed himself in the real estate industry throughout his entire life, hailing from a family deeply rooted in home building and real estate in Michigan. Holding degrees from Michigan State University (BS in Building Construction) and the University of Florida (MARE). In 1999, Bruce and his family chose Gainesville to be their hometown.   

Over the past 24 years, Bruce has played a pivotal role in sales, leasing, and property management, specializing in office, retail, and restaurant properties in Gainesville. Upon joining Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC, he swiftly became a consistent multi-million dollar producer, recognized as Bosshardt's "2006 Commercial Rookie of the Year."

Bruce's influence in the real estate community extended to chairing the 2008 Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors (GACAR) Commercial/Investment Committee. In 2008, he achieved the CCIM designation and rose to the role of Vice President with Bosshardt in 2012. Recently, Bruce was honored with the GACAR Commercial/Investment "Ironman" award, recognizing his consistent, outstanding performance in commercial real estate in Alachua County for over a decade. Bruce currently serves on the StellarMLS Commercial Task Force, working to improve customer access to quality property information.
