Newberry is a rapidly-growing community located just outside of Bosshardt’s main hub of Gainesville. For 10 years, our Newberry branch operated as a simple one-room satellite office, however, to keep up with development, we needed to expand our footprint. In spring 2021, we located a converted home at the entrance to historic downtown Newberry. With high visibility and loads of charm, we knew it had the potential to become a gathering place for agents and the community. 

The recently-remodeled Newberry office is a fun, family-friendly space designed to foster the collaborative work of agents and embrace the spirit of Newberry. We removed walls to improve fluidity and create open meeting areas. We eliminated fluorescent lights and chose local, organic materials whenever possible. Instead of a traditional lobby, we curated a reception space that mimics a living room, where agents can meet informally with fellow agents or customers. With an eye on the whole family, we added a kid’s play room and made the office dog friendly. All design elements were mindfully selected for usability, comfort, and to showcase Bosshardt’s company culture. The Newberry office is a creative environment to spark connectivity and facilitate synergetic work.
