If we ever receive negative feedback from our direct clients, we take it very seriously and respond promptly, working collaboratively to understand concerns, provide clarity, and ensure every issue is addressed with care and professionalism.

Representation means loyalty. And loyalty sometimes means disappointing someone on the other side of the table.
