I currently live overseas and my daughter is going to UF. I know little about the area. Lauren Morgan was absolutely superb! She walked us through the pros/cons of the various areas, worked with the crazy time zone differences, negotiated with the seller, helped my daughter through the power of attorney process….that’s just a partial list. This is the 6th house I’ve purchased and she made it possible. My highest recommendation.
