In February Kristine spent several days traversing Gainesville with us and at that time we didn't find a house we liked but it gave us an opportunity to get to know the city and narrow down on a neighborhood we like to live in. We really appreciated that Kristine wasn't trying to push us to buy something so she could move on to another business; this was a huge plus as I know of many people who went through a tough experience dealing with realtors. Since we lived in a different city, she helped us take care of things in Gainesville on our behalf. At the end of March, we found a house we really liked online so we contacted her to arrange a visit, and she made that happen the next day. We drove up, looked at the house, made an offer and the rest is history. On the day of closing her and Steve had the house professionally cleaned, took care of a few items that needed to be fixed and made the house ready for us to move in. Kristine is still in touch with us and relays any questions we have for the former owner while we adapt to our new home. Kristine was hands down AMAZING! She listened to our concerns. She negotiated the deal we wanted even though we all thought it was a long shot ( she wasn’t afraid to go in guns blazing and get us that deal ). She checked in frequently and made sure we understood to entire process from head to toe. Definitely have her number saved for our next purchase in the coming year.

Kristine was phenomenal to work with, yet again. Four years ago she was my agent when I purchased this house, and there was no question I would use her when it came time to sell.
