Our Waterford Park location nestled in Northwest Gainesville serves as the center of our real estate operations. This location is considered Bosshardt’s “hub” where our staff and leadership team converge with agents, as well as our sister companies, Bosshardt Title and Bosshardt Property Management, to facilitate real estate transactions.

The Office Park and Bosshardt buildings were developed and designed by our founder, Carol Bosshardt, to reflect her commitment to True Customer Service and the entrepreneurial spirit. As you step inside, you are greeted by an inviting reception area and our conference room, which boasts an artisan-built table crafted from locally-sourced wood. The lobby and conference room art is informed by Bosshardt’s North Florida roots and the abundant natural splendor of the region. Beyond the reception area, our staff and Management Team are readily available to assist. The open layout of the workroom and adjacent marketing space encourages seamless communication and teamwork, enabling our talented agents and staff to work together harmoniously.
