Claudia Hardy & Buz Bireline

Claudia and her husband, Buz Bireline are a Realtor team at Bosshardt. When you work with Claudia, you have the added benefit of Buz too. This means multiple hands and eyes on your transaction, creating a pleasant and successful home buying experience. Claudia is passionate about houses, and has been as long as she can remember. Growing up in Gainesville, she was exposed to real estate at an early age, tagging along to rental properties and renovation projects with her best friend’s mother, a real estate investor. After graduating from Gainesville High School, Claudia went on to attend Florida State University where she got her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. Her organizational skills led her to an 8-year stint as the Director of Events at Sweetwater Branch Inn. She also worked as a retail manager where she honed her customer service skills, and learned of her joy in making sure the customer is happy with their experience. Claudia and Buz have renovated multiple older homes, built their own custom home and have owned rental properties. Before becoming a real estate agent herself, Claudia worked with a top realtor helping customers get their homes visually ready for market, all with the goal of selling for top dollar. She also owns an interior design business and is enjoying combining these skills with being a Realtor at Bosshardt. As she walks through homes with her customers, she enjoys pointing out the potential and loves giving interior design input.
