Aaron Bosshardt
Broker | Owner
Aaron Bosshardt is a third-generation Realtor and owner, and a first-generation property manager. Aaron is an expert in business development, strategic asset management, real estate brokerage and property management. As broker-owner, Aaron has overseen more than 50,000 successful real estate transactions, including over two billion in closed commercial sales and leases. He is dedicated to maintaining a reputation built on quality, service, and uncompromising ethics.
Aaron has served as the Gainesville Multiple Listing Service President and IREM Regional Vice President, as a Marion County court-appointed receiver, and on the Executive Committee for Florida Realtors. Aaron is a CRB, CPM, CCIM, and an instrument-rated pilot.
Todd Loeffler

Todd Loeffler has been a top-producing real estate agent since 1997 and is the current President and Broker of Bosshardt Realty, a full-service independent brokerage with principal offices in Gainesville, Florida. In this role, Todd oversees the day-to-day activities of Bosshardt’s dedicated Realtors® and staff throughout North Central Florida.

Agent Services, Relocation
Autumn started with Bosshardt Realty in 2003, beginning as a Realtor® and moving into an administrative role as Aaron Bosshardt’s Assistant. Over the years, she has exuded passion and energy to progressively build her professional footprint and reputation as a local business owner and enthusiastic community volunteer. In her current position as Director of Relocation for Bosshardt, Autumn collaborates with the executive team on projects, company initiatives, and events, and she oversees the firm’s referral program. She is focused on providing exceptional staff support to enhance the success of Bosshardt’s agents and ensure future referrals.
Kim Bosshardt
Real Estate Attorney
Kim Bosshardt is a board certified real estate attorney and the owner of Bosshardt Title, Bosshardt Law Group, LLC, and FL Remote Notary Services LLC in Gainesville, Florida. She attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Law Degree.
Kim is deeply involved in the Gainesville community, and is an active supporter of charitable endeavors focusing on the arts and children. She currently runs the Bosshardt’s Charitable Fund, and is on the board of the Community Foundation of North Central Florida. Previously, Kim has served on the PALS Community Advisory Board, UF Performing Arts Center Advisory Board, Dance Alive National Ballet Board, B’nai Israel Preschool Community Advisory Board, and UF Public Radio Advisory Board; and has chaired Children’s Home Society’s “Puttin’ on the Ritz”, American Cancer Society’s “Cattle Baron’s Bar”, and American Heart Association’s “Heart Ball.”
Stacey Rosenblatt
Administration
Stacey joined Bosshardt Realty in 2018 with nearly three decades of experience in administration, bookkeeping, and office support. She’s highly adaptable, proactive, and excels in organization and procedural compliance. Stacey keeps Bosshardt agents on track and has their backs through each and every stage of the real estate transaction. As Bosshardt’s Office Coordinator, Stacey uses her administrative expertise to strengthen our partnerships, streamline processes, and make certain that all documents are processed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
Linda Webb
Accounting
Linda Webb always tells people she loves the business of real estate and it truly shows. She has been a real estate professional for over thirty-five years, working as a sales associate, real estate office manager, and as a rep for a title company. She knows the ins and out of this business and always finds a way to get things done. Linda joined the Bosshardt Realty Accounting Team in 2018, where she is a solid presence in the office, working hard to make sure the gears of our business never stop moving.
Michelle SchibUOla
Marketing
Michelle has been part of Bosshardt Marketing Team for over 13 years. She began at our Turkey Creek office, where she enjoyed being a liaison between homeowners, contractors, title companies and Realtors to ensure a smooth transaction throughout the home building, purchasing and sale process. She currently assists over 100 Realtors with their personal marketing, creating flyers, brochures and social media for their listings.
When not working, Michelle is usually involved in some type of house renovation, busy with her kids’ activities or can be found enjoying outdoor activities like running, downhill skiing or spending time at the lake.
Danielle Wynn

Danielle Wynn is an accomplished real estate support specialist. Her proficiency in managing and maintaining efficient communication channels between Bosshardt’s agents and managers makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
