Kevan Knudsen - REALTOR®
Kevan has a huge passion for helping people in anyway that he can. He loves working with the deaf community because he was born CODA (Child Of Deaf Adults) and since his parents are in Washington he likes to be able to use sign language anytime he can.
Real estate is one of the utmost important things in someones life, and Kevan prides himself in helping people through the great experience of buying and selling a home.
Starting at the age of 15 Kevan worked with his father and his fathers friends doing construction jobs and learning a trade. When Kevan was 19 he was doing finish carpentry and had aspirations of owning a business of building and selling homes. On night driving home from a friends house Kevan was rear ended by a drunk driver and suffered injuries to this back which made him unable to work in the construction trade. Through physical therapy Kevan developed a new passion for the fitness industry and worked towards taking classes and getting certifications to become a personal trainer. In 2009 Kevan started working as a personal trainer/basketball strength coach and was able to travel to places like Japan as head strength coach. When Kevan was not working with athletes he was helping everyday people with achieving their goals in overall health and fitness. In 2016 Kevan decided that he wanted to go back to his original passion of real estate and pursued classes and training.
Now, Kevan prides himself in helping people buy and sell their beloved homes with a strong understanding of how important it is in ones life.
