TOMMY WILLIAMS' first contracting job was initiated by his father, when he suggested to him that he contract to build his own home. As he is a farmer, with a degree in agriculture, he built his home with the pride and craftsmanship he desired for his family. While building his own home he found he had a knack for it. He soon began to build a few more homes while he continued farming and now 26 years later farming is his pastime and creating master-planned communities is his new passion. He prides himself on building homes in the same tradition he built his first, the one his family, and he treats his customers like an extended one.

Simply put, Williams' desire is to build, "a quality, healthy, energy-efficient home at a reasonable price."

One of his best compliments, as a builder, is that several customers who have bought homes from him have upgraded and bought their next house from him, too.
