Carol Bosshardt - Carol Bosshardt started in real estate in
1976. Her experience as a sales agent with several major franchise
names has given her a competitive edge in the real estate market.
She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor's
of Art in social work and attributes this to her firm's unique
approach when dealing with people. In 1993, Carol was a finalist
for the State of Florida's entrepreneur of the year award, and in
2001 she won the Paul Harris service award for her long-standing
commitment to her community. She serves on numerous boards
throughout the state.

Chief Operations Officer
Aaron Bosshardt oversees the day-to-day operations of the
companies within the Bosshardt Realty umbrella of services. In
1987, Aaron began his real estate career with his focus on property
management. He transitioned into real estate sales in 1996 and was
a highly successful and well-respected Sale's Associate. In 2000,
Aaron joined the management team at Bosshardt Realty Services, Inc.
He has a CRB designation and is a member of the National
Association of Property Managers and an RMP candidate. Aaron's
extensive experience as both a salesperson and a property manager
has allowed him to offer an invaluable perspective to all company
issues.

Garry Griffin is in charge of the Bosshardt Realty Services, Inc.
Marketing Department and is responsible for hiring and training sales
associates. His 13 years of sales experience and extensive computer
background have given him unique qualities with a broad understanding
of today's technology, pushing Bosshardt Realty to the forefront in
marketing materials and resources. Garry offers a series of basic
and advanced courses in marketing, technology and real estate sales
to empower our associates to better serve our customers and clients.

Gene Anne McKay serves as Executive Manager to more than 114 sales associates that are now part of the Bosshardt Realty sales team. She also oversees day-to-day operations and duties of the New Homes & Community Division, as well as the Tri County & Turkey Creek Offices. As a consistent Top Producer and industry leader, Gene Anne brings a supportive, energized, and proven leadership style to her position while sharing insights to develop and encourage the entire sales team. She currently is in her 2nd term as a Director of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors.

Michael Kitchens started his real estate career in 1994, and has
consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. A seventh
generation member of the Gainesville community, he recently joined
the Management Team and brings a reputation of leadership to the
company. Having served on many local and state Realtor Association
committees, he was the Alachua County President in 2000, and remains
active as a board member. He oversees the Waterford and Haile
offices, and energizes our associates to new levels of service to
our valued customers and clients.

Ashley W. Morrell has been a resident of Gainesville since 1995, first as a student at the University of Florida and then as a professional in the property management business. After several years of being a Top Producer and an active member in the local Real Estate Board, Ashley joined the management team as support to the sales associates focusing on daily office operations and event planning. She is friendly, efficient, and enjoys helping our associates maintain true customer service to customers and clients.
