More than 1,000 condominiums will be open and available for viewing during a two-day "Condo Congo" safari through the streets and neighborhoods of Gainesville.

This citywide open house for condominiums only will take place Saturday, March 29th, and Sunday, March 30th. Bosshardt's Campus Office and condominium model centers will be open both days from 10am to 5pm Individual condominiums will be on tour from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday, and from 10am to 2pm on Sunday.

In addition to presenting an impressive selection of condominium units in a wide variety of price ranges and locations, REALTORS® who specialize in condominium sales, mortgage lenders who can pre-qualify you for a loan, and a property management professional who can help you find a rental property will be on hand at Bosshardt's Campus Office to help guide you through the "jungle" of tracking down, closing in, and bringing home the best possible deal.

With so much to see in a relatively short period of time, tour goers will be encouraged to come by the Bosshardt Campus Office Welcome Center first for information and directions.
