I was born in Ithaca, New York, but my parents moved to Gainesville when I was a baby.  I grew up in Gainesville, attending Littlewood, Terwilliger, and Williams elementary schools.  I graduated from Oak Hall School and was the valedictorian of my class.  Throughout elementary, middle and high school I studied ballet and was a member of the Gainesville Ballet Theatre.  I attended Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and dance. 

After college I lived for a year in Strasbourg, France, which was a wonderful experience as I was able to travel extensively throughout Europe. Following that time I lived for several years in Schenectady, New York and Philadelphia, and in 1994 I moved back to Gainesville.  I have been very happy to live in Gainesville again and to raise my three children here.  My son Tom graduated from Buchholz High School in 2004 and from the University of Iowa in December 2008 with a degree in Health and Sports Studies.  Tom was a member of the University of Iowa gymnastics team throughout his college career.  My son Jonathan graduated from the IB program at Eastside High School in 2006, and is currently a junior at the University of Iowa, where he is also on the gymnastics team.  My daughter Charlotte graduated from Buchholz High School in 2008 and is now a freshman at the University of Central Florida.

I began my real estate career with Bosshardt Realty Services, Inc. in May 2001.  Since that time I have completed numerous transactions working with both buyers and sellers, with total sales volume over $20,000,000.  I greatly enjoy working with people and ensuring smooth and successful closings.  I give as much information as I can to all of my customers, enabling them to make educated decisions regarding the purchase and/or sale of their property.  One of my greatest satisfactions is having my past customers call me when they are ready to sell a property I have helped them purchase, and to help them buy their next home when they are staying in Gainesville.
